Can a design be applied to a different piece of apparel shown on your website?
In most cases yes, depending on the design and what piece you'd like it applied to. We can take, for example, a design you see on standard capris and apply it to yoga leggings. Some designs may not work from one piece to another, although we will do our best if asked. We charge a fee of $10.00 for this service. Email us at email@example.com if you'd like us to transfer a design. Provide the name of the design, on which piece of apparel it is currently displayed and let us know what piece of apparel you'd like it applied to. We will provide a digital mock-up of how it will look on the new piece before we print.
Are the image depictions I see photos of the actual products? Will the designs look like what I see on your site when I receive them?
The depictions are indeed either 3D renderings or photo mockups of how the designs are intended to execute when the product is created. Since they are mockups, there may be slight variations in the actual product itself. These variations are minimal and we are confident that you will be pleased with the product(s) you order. If you are not completely satisfied, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set up a return for an exchange or refund.
Why does it take so long for my order to arrive once I place it?
Our products are not mass produced. All of our products are created once your order is placed. That means, once your order is received, the factory will review and put it in queue to print, press, cut, sew, perform several quality checks and pack before it ships. Order processing and garment production takes about 6-8 business days to complete. Since the products are made in Canada, orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped. So altogether, orders will typically take 14 business days to arrive once the order is placed.
What are the shipping costs?
Please see our shipping costs page to find out the cost to ship single items. Shipping prices may vary. To get an accurate estimate, we suggest adding your products to your cart and providing your shipping address.
What about returns? Are orders refundable?We intend for you to love your products! If you do not love your item, or if it arrives in the wrong size, is defective or you want to return it for any other reason please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide either an even exchange or a full refund - your choice. The item(s) must be in new condition and returned with original packaging and packing slip. You have fourteen (14) days from the time your item arrives to contact us about an exchange or refund. After that, refunds and exchanges will no longer be honored.
